Did I make a mistake? Regretting my career decision.

Is it crazy to say that I may be regretting my career decision. For context I am a 27 year old female from canada that came to the USA to go to PA school. I saved up money my entire life so that I could fund my education. Intially I wanted to go to optometry school for many many years. But there was only one school in Canada, couldnt get in despite having a excellent GPA and OAT score. I applied to Optometry school in the states twice and got in both years but I just could not afford it. My parents couldnt cosign the loan and I would have no one to help me with intrest. Additionally the schools i got into wanted me to show the full cost of attendance upfront which was over 300k cad, which I did not have. I was so fustrated with the entire system. On top of that I did not want to go back to canada after school with a huge debt and not the best income. So I did some research and stumble upon PA profession which sounded great at the time. I had enough money saved and now my fiance to help me with my living cost, which wasnt an option when i applied to OD programs in my early twenties. But some how I feel like I messed up royally. I have a 4.0 gpa in PA school and this has been one of my easier journey's in life as i applied last minute and got multiple interviews. I have made amazing friends and am doing well in my clinical year. But now I am feeling as though I didnt try hard enough for what I wanted. Now that I see everyone becoming doctors and lawyers and im just a PA. I come from a Nigerian background and i didnt even realize the social implactations of this profession before I started. I feel like I had the brains to do better but i did not have the resources. On top of that my family loves to compare my to my other sister, which one of them is going into a more respectable career by Nigerian standards. I dont know i feel like I messed up. And please dont be to mean in the comment section.
