Tingling and ear ringing

I am tingling all over arms mouth, face legs. I woke up in a flare. My ears have been ringing constantly for 2 weeks now. Does anyone know which mediator is causing this histamine, prostaglandins, lukatrines? I hate being sick. The medicines I'm currently on is Allegra, zafirlukast, ketotofen 2mg. prednisone, gabapentin, cyprohexadene. I have hydroxyzine and klonapin as rescues, but have been using Benadryl, and it seemed to help the most with the tingling, but it's not touching it this morning and I ate the same foods as always, but for some reason this morning, I woke up in a bad flare, please help. I asked ChatGPT because I've been having insomnia. And they said that the zafirlukast could cause the insomnia. But my sleep's been messed up this week. My normal bedtime is 9 PM. And I haven't been able to go to sleep until around midnight and then not getting up until 7 or 730, which is an hour to an hour and a 1/2 later, which has thrown off my med timing in the morning. But this is the third morning in a row, it has happened.I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
