Irritation and itching after receiving head

Hi so i hooked up with a guy over the weekend and since then I've had some irritation and it's really itchy. I'm not really worried that I got an STD or something because he told me he was clean and it is just the clit area that is itchy. He did give me head and I have the feeling it might me from his oral hygiene? Or maybe even his facial hair? I am incredibly sensitive downstairs and I've never had a partner with facial hair going down on me. It felt really good in the moment and I peed and cleaned myself after but like 1-2 days after it started to itch. I am cleaning myself like I always am and I got a calming cream at the pharmacy after I explained my symptoms but I'm still in my head because it's still uncomfortable (5 days later) It doesn't burn when I pee or anything actually on the inside just the clit that's all. Does anyone have an experience like this or have any idea how long it should take to calm down? How long should I wait before I go to my GYNO? I also ordered some boric acid suppositories because I feel a lot dryer than usual. But they haven't arrived yet.
