Cmf watch pro 2 or Redmi watch 5 lite

I'm very confused between the two watches. I have iPhone and I have used the mi band 7,8 both of them I have it for one year. I like cmf I have no idea about connection with iPhones. I don’t know should I wait the redmi watch 6 lite or buy it and the Black Friday is coming:)

Fast edit should I buy mi band 10 ?
