Toronto South Offer - Looking for Insight/Advice

Just got the offer, I don’t start COTA until end of January but was hoping to get some insight from past or current officers.

Few things I’m curious about:

1. What does the “irregular/on-call 0-40 hours” actually look like? Are officers generally working full time hours here?

2. How stable are the contract renewals? Do I have to worry about not being renewed so long as my performance isn’t abismal?

3. What’s the place really like? I know it’s a rough spot, but does it depend on the unit and your team?

4. How long would you say for full time?
