Nip sensitivity and soreness after binding

I have a few different binders, they’re the correct sizes and I don’t overbind, but I keep taking off my binder at the end of the day and my nipples are super sensitive and hurt pretty bad.

I was wondering if anybody else experiences this, and if there’s anyway to prevent it or make it better?
