Why doesn’t special education exist in dhar mann?

I saw the video of the boy with anxiety but he seemed to have autism more than anxiety, or maybe both? (I’m autistic myself btw)

He looked like he was 8-10, around that age I was put in special education, I wonder why he isn’t in special education?

There was also that one older video of the girl with Down syndrome, I’m suprised she isn’t put in special education either. She would probably get infantilized by the mean girls in real life.

Does special education even exist in this universe!?
