ECFMG “Pending Credential Verification” for 4+ Weeks — Can’t Apply for USMLE. Anyone Been Through This?

Hey everyone,
I could really use some advice. I logged into my Intealth/ECFMG account in late September. I had previously applied for the USMLE exam twice in the past but didn’t end up taking it. Now I'm trying to apply again, but the portal won’t let me. It shows:

This has been stuck for almost 4 weeks now.

When I go to My Cases, it says no action needed from my side. I’ve tried emailing and calling ECFMG but haven't gotten a response yet.

Has anyone dealt with this before?
Do I need to contact my medical school? Submit something again? Or just wait it out?

I'm trying to take my exam ASAP and I’m worried about the delay. Any guidance or similar experiences would really help. Thank you 🙏
