Why does this LDA/GS approach have a maltese cross even though there are not any non-precision minimums published?
Friend has been reviewing random IAPs to stay sharp for his upcoming IFR checkride and he came across the LDA Z RWY 6 into KROA. The profile view shows a maltese cross at RAMKE even though there is no non-precision minimums published on the approach only LDA/GS minima. Does anybody have any idea why this is?
