GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The Finance Director will provide accurate and timely financial information for management; develop and implement accounting reporting systems for the District Finance and Accounting Department; develop and maintain operating controls; serves to liaison to outside accounting firms; oversee cash flow management and cash forecasting; develop internal budgeting process, reporting relationships, and work assignments. Attendance at work is an essential function of the job. Teamwork and supervision are required for proper job performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.
