Question about Pocket Camp bonus updates

So with the new update coming I'm tempted to restart my island (especially as I'm changing consoles, too) but I'm worried I'll lose access to the PC items via the ordering service now PC has gone offline. If my account had been linked to PC in the past does that persist into a new island or will I lose them completely?
