Waiting on next interview step after screening call with AMD — should I hold on hope?

I recently had a screening call with a recruitment manager at AMD for a Business Systems Summer Internship. The recruiter mentioned she would forward my resume to the hiring manager and that the next step would be a meeting with them. It has now been 1 week and 2 days, but I haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone been through this part of AMD’s hiring process? How long did it typically take to get the next update? Should I expect delays or is it a sign I should move on?

Any insights or similar experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
