AITA for saying something mean to my sister and now she hopes I die?

so we’re moving into the new house and i (19m) am just standing there helping with boxes. my sister (17f) is around too, always kinda gives off boyish vibes. and idk… out of nowhere i said some dumb, kinda edgy comment about it — maybe could be read as homophobic, but i didn’t mean it seriously, just wanted to bug her.

she completely freaked and goes, like dead serious, “i hope your head gets ripped off by a roller coaster.” i literally froze. mom laughed and said, “she be coming up with some shit,” but like… really? that’s extreme.

idk if i’m the asshole for just provoking her or if she’s overreacting hardcore. what do y’all think?
