Why is escalation gone?

Is been 3 days since escalation is gone from the menu that is resulting from people to go on the custom search and select the mode, which means is filled with bots, why is gone and why is not back?
Look this, is all filled with bots because no one is queue for that, the menu make the user go for what they see and not searching, looks like the mode is broken for not showing on menu, any feedback on this?
