Any places to go and make friends on Halloween?

Southampton is the only place in travel distance near me that actually has shops and stuff that I like so I was wondering if it also has good social places? I've wanted to visit again for a long time but I don't have any friends so I have no idea what I'd do if I went.

I don't really know what I'm even looking for because I straight up just don't understand where people go to make friends, but surely there must be some Halloween events or something? Does anyone know if there's anything that'd be worth travelling there tomorrow for?

I tend to prefer more specific groups like comic/film/gaming groups or maybe an LGBT group as long as its mostly adults, mostly just so I'd actually have common ground to talk to people about. Does anyone know if there's anything worth checking out tomorrow? Thank you
