Is it possible that i have IBS?

Hello, Im a 17 year old guy and I've been having gut problems since I was born. I didn't properly go to the bathroom since I was a baby, and when I was 4 I got told that it was a psychological affair and if it persisted I would have to go to the psychiatrist. After hearing that I immediately started going to the bathroom. After starting school, I had bellyaches almost every day, to the point teachers thought I was faking it. Then, a while later, I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance that seemingly went away when a year of no gluten went by. Now, I've been feeling constipated since I was 15 or even earlier. I never felt like I got all out and I always had something left inside that I couldn't get out because it just wouldn't. I did start noticing some mucus leaks out of my rectum a few weeks ago but it went away. I'm now facing what seems like a virus, but it gives me sudden gut pains, but the thing that hurts the most is my rectum; my whole body goes into shock when anything comes out, and my anus hurts like the devil itself, as if it was getting pierced. Is this IBS or does it seem like a different affliction?
