Global pricing not working?

l've heard they changed the price in the shop based on the country someone is in, to match the cost of life, and I've also heard people from my country say they got like 20 or 30% lower prices, but mines are the same as always, today I checked clash royale and I saw the 14k gems pack was 70€ instead of 120, did the price change work there and not on clash of clans?
