RD Worx laser cutting

Hello all. Needing some help. I have had this laser cutter for a while. The big red one you can buy on eBay. Worked fine with the RD worx software. Well all a sudden without any changes when trying to initiate a project, it keeps coming up communication error. Changed cables. Changed laptops. Still says the same thing. Anyone else run into this issue? Could it be the software? Anyone to contact @ RD? Thanks for the assistance.
