Business account banned at 67k

The account was “hacked” supposedly but we’ve had issues with certain individuals who we know most certainly mass reported our account to get it erased, but working with Instagram support is very different than before and now it’s all run by ai and not actual humans. If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to fix this let me know a lot of people rely on this account for events and their money flow, etc and we just want to fix it ! Any advice would help greatly thank you !!
