Horrible website!

Can I just vent about what trash their website is? Desperately needs a refresh to have information displayed in a more intuitive manner and to actually work correctly.

I just tried multiple different browsers to book tickets to no avail. My internet is fine as is my laptop (where I’d just booked tickets on Ticketmaster and other sites… lining up my 2026 plans!). Was able to book the train tix I want on my Amtrak phone app but it is totally ridiculous that their website is such user unfriendly junk.

TL;dr: I do love Amtrak a whole heap. Do not love their website AT ALL however.
