Just finished playing S2...

I just finished playing S2, and frankly, the ending really disappointed me. I really liked the entirety of S1, the ending was really good, the story was well written, fairly emotional and good amount of action scenes. I liked S2 as well upto the point when Tommy convinces Ellie to go for revenge. It was kinda satisfying to see Ellie and Dina together with the baby, Abby and Lev on their way to reunite with the fireflies...

But guess what, Ellie travels all the way to face Abby, frees her and demands her to fight when she is at her physical worst. She severely injures her with several cuts, but refuses to kill her. She loses two fingers, reduces Abby's chances of survival in the sea, loses the beautiful family she had with Dina... all for revenge... maybe the lesson of the game is that, but they could have made the ending better? Thoughts guys?
