Poe better on app or desktop?

I’m new to Poe. I find @it incredible for RP, but I find that my points run out really fast, especially when I’m using voice such as 11 labs. Does it matter what version I use if it’s the app versus desktop? Please forgive newbie questions. How do you set it up to get a long lasting point value on your activity there?
