Cheapest meal I can afford for lunch in whole kanpur

Serious question For 20 rupees, I got 4 roti and two bowl of dal infront of z square and also saw some boards promising 25 for meals and they are not doing charity but actual stalls who have to make profit. Not caring about hygiene as I don't expect it from stalls at this rate. I want to ask if anyone had ever tried or regularly eat in less than this price. As I really don't think so you can make meal in this price where 4 roti cost atleast 20 and have to pay for dal separately in any place
