Solo Birthday Dinner Recs?

23F visiting Miami for a solo birthday trip in a few weeks. I'm staying in the downtown Miami/Brickell area.

I'm looking for recommendations for a solo birthday dinner. My birthday is on a Saturday for reference. I love all cuisines so I'm open to all suggestions. The only thing I'm seeking is a nice view of the city, so I think a rooftop restaurant is what I'm looking for, and of course a good cocktail!
