Sleep cycle affected post Mounjaro

Hi, I used to have a very good sleep cycle. Sleeping around 10:30-11 PM and waking up at 6:30 AM directly. However post my mounjaro injections i tend to get up every day at around 3 or 4 AM and then take around 1 hour to go back to sleep. Has anyone else faced this issue or is it not related to GLP medication and I am overthinking this. However this phenomena only started after i started 5Mg dose 2 months back.
