Pedalbox throttle controller causing warning lights

Hi guys, I have a pedalbox throttle controller installed and have been driving without issue for more than a year. Out of the blue my dashboard warning lights came on. First it was parking lamp warning, next day was esp warning light etc. Brought it to mechanic and was told that likely the pedalbox was causing electronic issues causing the warning lights to come on. Havent had an issue since getting it disconnected but I'm missing the pedalbox throttle response.

Did anyone else encounter this issue before?
