Job OverviewThe Facilities and Grounds Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the organization's buildings and outdoor areas. This role supports daily operations by performing routine maintenance, landscaping, and custodial tasks to ensure a welcoming and well-kept environment for staff, visitors, clients, and customers. It will require traveling from our main campus to our thrift stores, as needed.Responsibilities and Duties1. Facilities Maintenance:· Perform routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.· Assist with minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).· Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and other facility equipment.· Set up and break down furniture and equipment for meetings and events.2.
