Traffic Jam

There was an almost 14 km-long traffic jam today from Deendayal to the bypass. It was horrendous, trucks were lined up on both sides, and in between them, a long row of bikes and scooters. It honestly looked like a scene straight out of a movie. Does anyone know what happened there?
