Will alien ships interfere with nuclear bomb testing?

We've all seen how ships hang out around nuclear arsenals and disable guidance systems when trying to be launched. Bashar said they do not allow the dimensions to be ripped open so that's why they interfere.

Now that Trump said he wants to start testing our nukes again, do you think they will step in and disable them or allow to detonate since it's just a test and not an attack?
