Resources for pet assistance for furloughed feds

Wanted to start a thread to compile resources for pet assistance for furloughed feds (unless this exists elsewhere??).

Assistance could include (but is not limited to) pet food pantries, routine vet care, medical emergencies, pet health insurance, legit pet assistance funds/donations/sponsoring platforms, and others.

Please provide info and note location (city/state) of resources below.

Example:

Pet food pantry, Rockville, MD: https://www.mchumane.org/community-support-pet-food-bank
