Throat Soreness & Allergy Like Symptoms

Has anyone else encountered this with Hashimoto's?

I was recently diagnosed, and one of my symptoms is that I have severe drainage. Sore throat. Cobbling from irritation. I'm having to take Flonase, but it gives me a horrible migraine.

I've read that Hashimoto's can cause histamine-sensitivity.

It's just sort of a weird symptom, and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this or throat sensitivity, anything like that.
