3 things on my ESO Christmas/wish list, or for the near future anyhow....

Cross play. FF14 does it, New World does it, Warframe does it, Destiny does it, BDO does it between consoles, and T&L does it between Xbox and PC. It's absolutely time ESO figures it out and delivers it. More okayers playing together on one giant healthy server.

Trials finder. The group finder is fine, but I feel a trail finder is a good idea where it could work much like the dungeon finder. I would limit it to normal trials only and not veteran. But choice is the spice of life.

Add a story skip like FF14 has. I've done all 5 chapters across 3 characters and don't want to do it again. Offer a chapter skip for those who want to start fresh with a level 50/160 character.
