Look For Feedback on Portfolio

Hello, I am currently studying animation at college and I am going to graduate next year. My goal is being a 3D animator. I am so nervous about the job hunting and I want to improve my portfolio. So far I have this portfolio and I really would like to get some feedback on it.

Any feedback or advice is great, like, which aspect or skill should I keep on working, what clips I can keep or what clips I should get rid of, if i should change the orders of the shots, which piece I can do better by improving... Or any other kinds of feedback will be very beneficial!
