4090 vs 5070ti

Hardware

I’m about to build my first PC and I was about to go with the 5070ti but after looking at performance specs on RTX cards the 4090 is significantly better (from what I’ve seen) and you can find it for cheap on EBay, but I understand that the 4090 will lack the capabilities of Multi Frame Generation so I’m curious which would you suggest?
