I keep dreaming I was sa when I was a baby

every night or so i have dreams of me watching myself as a baby being touched by my dad or a random male.

I yesterday even dreamed my niece (1y) being touched by her father, it was so disgusting I felt like shit when I woke up for dreaming something like this about my little niece.

I don't know why I keep having these dreams. When I was about 3/4 and again at 9/10 years old I was sa by my sister and I remember everything and it makes me extremely sad and stuck in the past.

im not sure if I dream about that because I might have a trauma, or because I'm afraid that might have happened.

have anyone ever experienced these kinda of dreams and know how to get rid of it?
