Am I the only one crawling to the finish line of Book 9? 😅

I’m currently on Chapter 59 of Zodiac Academy: Sorrow and Starlight (Book 9), and I just… need to vent.

I loved the first three books of the series. The energy, the tension, the mystery — I was hooked. I even read Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac and enjoyed the extra lore it brought. But I’m gonna be real: I DNF’d 8.5 and skipped The Big ASS Moon Book. I couldn’t get through them.

Right now, I’m only finishing Book 9 so I can say I finished it and hopefully get some closure and I mean real closure, not a rushed "wrap everything up in two chapters" kind of deal. 😩

At this point:

I’m so over the shadows.

I’m low-key bored of Darcy and her constant internal whining.

I’m struggling to care about the romance arc (trying hard not to spoil, but y’all know which one).

And honestly? I’m just here for Caleb and Seth at this point.

Please...without spoilers... does this series end well? Not even happily necessarily… just satisfyingly. Does it feel like all this emotional investment was worth it? Because right now, I’m questioning everything lol.

Would love to hear how others felt about finishing this beast of a series. Did anyone else feel this slog, or is it just me?
