[FO4] Help with CTD to Desktop the moment I enter Sanctuary on a new game.

Load order is Below, if someone knows How I can upload a buffout 4 crash log to this post it would help a ton. Followed Midnight ride guide, had its mods installed and working no issue, installed my mods I enjoy using, works fine but Instant CTD to desktop the moment I try and enter Sanctary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
