Speaking of YouTube money?

I may be getting a head of my time but i want to know about the money, how to take it ? I don’t any card credit card or a debit or anything, and when i get the mon i kinda don’t want my family know about but i don’t what to do ? Can i open an apple pay? Without them knowing?? Or i can’t transform the money there plz plz explain it to me like im 5 that would be so helpful
