Secoda updates for October 2025: Dashboards, AI analytics, new integrations
Hey!! Here's the first ever Secoda product update on Reddit. Our team has been busy this October, releasing a couple new features and two new integrations.
A lot of this came directly from feedback in this community and from our customers, so thanks for keeping us honest.
TL;DR:
- Dashboards: prompt → live report in minutes

This one's been the most requested feature. You can now generate a complete dashboard from a single prompt - charts, tables, metrics, all of it. No SQL required (but you can see and edit the SQL if you want).
Example: "Create a sales performance dashboard showing revenue by region, top customers, and closed deals by rep for Q3"
Secoda AI builds it in ~30 seconds. Everything's editable inline, and you can ask AI to refine it further. The goal was to eliminate the dashboard request backlog and let people build what they need when they need it.
All dashboards inherit your governance model automatically - permissions, ownership, metadata. So it's fast but still governed.
We built this because teams kept asking "how do we know if AI is actually helping?"
Now you get a dedicated dashboard showing:
- Number of AI chats
- Estimated hours saved
- Adoption by team/user
- Categories of questions being asked
