Is there a difference between the cd promo arcanine and the toyota arcanine?

I've scoured the net looking for any definitive differences but am at a loss at finding any.
There are a few posts in forums about the toyota version maybe being slightly more light on the red, making it more clear, but that isn't 100% confirmed, maybe the printer was just running low/other printer problems.
Recently(like today) bought a psa 10 cd promo and there's a very clear green dot on the face of the card, seen a couple others sold with the same green dot in the same place so these cards aren't without their share of printing problems.
