[WP] Every superhero team has one. The "unofficial mom" to the team, usually the mother, or grandmother of one of the heroes. She nags them about cleanliness, invites them over for dinner - and despite her having no powers, all the heroes ADORE her and respect her completely.

She's usually a great cook - the way to a superhero / superheroine's heart is through the stomach, you know. 😉

She has a stern tone when the heroes are doing something like tracking mud into her house, not washing their hands before sitting down to her home-cooked food - but more often than not her tone is very motherly, and very affectionate.

Her "judgmental stare" can make even the toughest and grimmest heroes blush and feel like disappearing into a hole or sinking into the floor.

Like most older ladies, she's NOT happy if any of the heroes spend too much time staring at their phone screens or laptops. She believes in good old-fashioned conversation and interaction.

She won't let the heroes leave her house until they're well-fed, have had a drink of something healthy such as fruit juice or low-fat milk, and have had a proper time to rest and relax.
