New to FitGirl Repacks; Do I need to download all 29 files for DDL? (The Witcher 3)

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to downloading repacks and could really use some guidance.

I'm trying to download The Witcher 3 from FitGirl Repacks, and when I opened the direct download section, I saw there are 29 separate files listed (The_Witcher_3_CE_-fitgirl-repacks.site-.part01.rar, .part02.rar... all the way to .part29.rar).

My questions are:

• Do I actually need to download every single one of these .rar files?
• Is there a way to download them all at once, or do I have to click each link individually?
• Would using the torrent option be easier/better for someone new like me?

I apologize if this is a basic question. I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly :)
