Did it get crowded in your area too?

Where I live, 10yrs ago I had no problem finding street parking or spot in the municipal parking. Now forget it. After certain time Im not driving my car or I might end up driving around for 30-60 min looking. There is not really new construction in the area. So amount of livable spaces didn’t change. More people living together to help with rent ?
