Falcon Door Malfunction

Has anyone had issues with the doors closing in on someone? I had a passenger right underneath the opened door putting their jacket in the car before sitting down, the door started closing without anyone pressing any buttons, and hit the persons head as they tried to escape the accident. Shouldn’t the sensor know there’s a person there?
