Herpes like pain, consistent negatives

I’m trying to make sense of my symptoms. I’ve tested negative for herpes via Roche elecsys blood test weeks 2 3 5 7 9 11 13 21 28 after risky exposure. Negative every time. I found E. coli and have treated it, 6 months after the encounter, but am still experiencing symptoms. I’m being sent to physical therapy assuming it’s something to do with my pelvic floor but something isn’t right. Does anyone have input on something like this?
