Please help me fix my 3D printing issue

Hi everyone,

I’m completely new to 3D bioprinting and currently practicing for my experiment. I designed my 3D printing model in Cura and exported it as a G-code file. However, since I’m using the Allevi 1 printer, which isn’t supported by Cura, I ran into a problem. After setting up the 6-well plate coordinates on the machine’s web interface and starting the print, the needle automatically moved above the plate surface instead of printing at the correct height.

could anyone share a light, maybe just point me a direction of where I should look for the solution?
