Is this a difficult game to play for new joiner? (SWITCH 2)

Hi, I'm thinking of buying the Two Point Museum for my Switch 2 and was wondering if it's gonna be a little difficult road for beginners with no background in these games at all?

I'm also not a huge gamer. I only play football game - Football Manager but recently I'm finding myself wanting to maximize my usage of Switch 2 as much as possibl so I'm considering this game.

Thanks!
