If The Anthology had a lead single, what should it have been?

In an alternate universe where The Anthology is a completely separate album, what should've been the lead single? You can think about it in so many ways - what would be the best song to overall represent the album? Or rather, what would have the most radio-friendly potential? Even what would have the best music video could be an important factor! I really wanna see what everyone thinks.
