What are best guardian chips?

So is there a consensus on best guardian chips to run? Is the new summon chip good?

Currently I run Steal and Bounty. I have collected every daily mission guild box since release so I should be able to respec and min/max..

Currently I do not have any UW+ or Card Masteries. Saw that they may be important. Very close to Card masteries but been working on pCF instead.

Farming T11 or T12 for about 12.6T CPH.
