IN SNAP question

I have a friend who is wanting to apply for SNAP. She lives with her boyfriend and 2kids, the 7 year old being autistic. The boyfriend works construction so doesn't make alot but I am not sure how much. They receive $600/month from medicaid for the autistic child. She was wondering if they take the medicaid into account when figuring their income for SNAP. Does anyone know?
